You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 877ben will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
The Platform and its contents are provided for use in connection with gambling and gaming activities where such use is permitted by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 877ben does not represent or warrant that the Services are appropriate, legal or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Deposits are reflected in your Account Balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by payment method. 877ben is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Standard withdrawal processing times are subject to the payment method selected. 877ben aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, processing times beyond 877ben's internal systems — including bank processing times — are outside our control.
877ben reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request. During any such review, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. The Player will be notified of the review and any documents required.

Where applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, 877ben's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Closure by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests to close an Account will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money Balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to you subject to applicable withdrawal processing and verification requirements.

In cases of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 877ben reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of an investigation into the circumstances of the breach.

The Platform's internal complaint handling procedure does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable local law.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
